Can I customize the mountain bike tour in advance or on the day?

Yes. The route, difficulty, and pace are fully adaptable to your skill level. We can ride smooth scenic dirt roads, or tackle technical singletrack in the high-altitude Páramo. We adjust the paths depending on your preferences and fatigue levels.

How physically demanding is the mountain bike tour at Bogotá's altitude?

You need basic cycling skills, but our Specialized Turbo Levo e-bike motors neutralize the brutal ascents. The electric assist handles the heavy physical strain of the 3,300m altitude, allowing you to focus on the ride without needing extreme cardiovascular fitness.

Are these street bike tours or real mountain biking?

This is authentic mountain biking in the Andes Mountains. We leave the paved city streets behind and ride on gravel, dirt, and mountain trails in the Eastern Hills, completely away from urban traffic.

What type of electric mountain bikes do you provide?

We exclusively use premium Specialized Turbo Levo full-suspension electric mountain bikes (e-MTBs). These mid-drive setups provide the precise suspension geometry and motor torque required to safely navigate technical Andean trails and steep climbs.
